A studio that runs on rhythm, not hustle.

We opened YogaVega in 2018 with one rule: every class is taught by a teacher who learns your name. We run a small schedule on purpose — fewer classes, fuller attention. Hot vinyasa for the days you want to sweat, slow flow for the days you don't, reformer pilates for the in-between.

Twelve years teaching, mostly in Salt Lake before moving south. Marlena's classes move on the breath and end on the floor.

Priya Shah

Background in physical therapy. Priya teaches the way she'd want a teacher to teach her — patient, anatomical, never preachy.

I've never done yoga. Where should I start?

Slow Flow is the best entry point — unheated, longer holds, no pressure to know the names of poses. The Intro 30-Day Pass ($59 unlimited) gives you a month to find your footing.

What do I need to bring?

A water bottle and clothes you can move in. Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are all on the studio floor. Towel rental is $2, or free with the intro pass.

How hot is the hot room?

92°F with low humidity. Warm enough to open up, not hot enough to make the class about surviving the heat. Hydrate well that morning, eat lightly an hour before.

Is reformer pilates beginner-friendly?

Yes — every reformer class is mixed-level, and Hannah keeps groups to eight. If it's your first time, arrive ten minutes early and the teacher will walk you through the carriage and springs.

Do you offer prenatal classes?

Saturdays at 10:30am and Tuesdays at 9:00am with Priya, who has a physical therapy background. All trimesters welcome. Partners welcome on Saturdays.

How do I cancel a class?

Up to 2 hours before class through the booking app, no charge. Inside the 2-hour window, the class is forfeit — we hold spots tight because classes fill.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. Monthly Unlimited members can freeze up to 60 days a year for travel, illness, or whatever life throws. Just email us before the next billing date.
